How We Started
Jon Sol Property was founded in October 2022 with a clear vision: to transform remote property investing through cutting-edge property technology whilst delivering practical, tailored solutions for those who need them most.

Jon Solitro
Founder
Jon Solitro has always been an entrepreneur at heart. From a young age, he was surrounded by business owners and forward-thinking role models. Growing up in a hardworking family, this environment instilled in him a strong work ethic, resilience, and an unwavering can-do attitude that continues to define his approach today.
Jon left school at 16 and began his career as a barber, purchasing his first investment property at just 19 years old. He later transitioned into sales and recruitment, spending many years honing his ability to chase targets, close deals, and remain focused under pressure—skills that would prove invaluable in his property journey.
Over the years, Jon single-handedly grew his property portfolio to double figures, navigating setbacks, debt, and numerous challenges with relentless determination. His pursuit of the perfect property investment blueprint has given him invaluable real-world experience that he now shares with others.
Jon is the go-to person for support, mentorship, and creative deal structuring—especially when facing complex situations or hitting a brick wall in your investment journey. As an active investor who thinks outside the box, he remains deeply committed to serving his clients' best interests.
Jon Sol Property was born from personal experience. After feeling let down by several letting agents and recognising that property investment can be a lonely and difficult terrain, Jon created a one-stop shop covering property investment, property management, and bespoke mentorship—ensuring others wouldn't have to face the same challenges alone.
Marcello Cipriani
Director
Marcello Cipriani joined Jon Sol Property as Director in 2025, bringing a diverse professional background spanning sales and cyber security. A fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit, Marcello has quickly immersed himself in the world of property investment and property management, driven by a passion for building sustainable wealth outside the constraints of traditional employment.
Marcello's journey into property began when he reconnected with Jon Solitro after years apart. That initial meeting reignited their friendship and sparked Marcello's interest in property investment. He began as an investor client, and as their professional relationship deepened, it naturally evolved into a business partnership built on shared values and complementary skills.
Motivated by a desire to break free from the corporate 9-to-5 and achieve financial freedom, Marcello chose property investment as both a career and a strategic path to independence. His combination of sales acumen, technical expertise, and determination to succeed makes him an invaluable asset to the Jon Sol Property team and the clients they serve.
Kasia Hopkins
Property & Business Manager
Kasia Hopkins joined Jon Sol Property as Property & Business Manager, bringing her passion for property investment and wealth creation to the team. Jon and Kasia's partnership began organically through the school run, where their children's friendship led to the discovery of shared values—particularly their commitment to achieving financial freedom through diverse income streams including property, stocks and shares, crypto, and angel investing.
A dedicated property investor, manager, and landlord in her own right, Kasia is passionate about property in every respect. Focusing primarily on the lettings and property management side of the business, she excels at ensuring smooth operations with exceptional administrative and organisational skills, continuously identifying innovative ways to streamline processes.
Kasia's enthusiasm for property, combined with her operational excellence and diverse investment knowledge, makes her an integral part of Jon Sol Property's mission to deliver exceptional service and empower clients to build lasting wealth through property.
Giovanni "Jonny" Martucci
Sales Executive
Giovanni "Jonny" Martucci joined Jon Sol Property as Sales Executive, bringing his natural charm, excellent communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm to the team. Known as the office's very own chatty man, Jonny is never shy of picking up the phone and always asks the right questions—whether speaking with tenants, landlords, or investor clients.
With a friendly, personable approach and a willingness to turn his hand to whatever is needed, Jonny consistently gives his best to every task. Having spent many years working as a barber—sharing a similar background with Jon—Jonny was ready to explore new opportunities and broaden his skill set beyond the barbering sector.
Long-time friends, Jon and Jonny's relationship naturally evolved into a professional partnership, with Jon Sol Property providing Jonny the opportunity to learn new skills and discover the exciting world of property investment.
